Shipping will normally be within 2 business days of placing your order. If an order will take more than 5 business days to ship we will notify you by email. If an item becomes unavailable we will notify as quickly as possible. At that time we will issue you a refund if pre-payment was made. If rush delivery is required please call or email to determine availability of product and delivery options for your order.
Shipping Methods - We ship by both UPS and USPS priority mail. We only ship to U.S. addresses including APO addresses. UPS will not deliver to a postal box. If you must have delivery to a postal box please select USPS shipping as your preferred method.
Special Orders - Custom orders take longer to fulfill. Our artists work diligently to provide specially crafted items in a timely fashion. However, by their nature custom orders will take longer to deliver. We will notify you of the estimate time for delivery prior to payment.
Returns - Items may be returned for a full refund within 15 days of receipt. Customer must contact the Fey Dragon within that 15 days of their intent to return an item. Refunds will be for the cost of the product only; shipping fees will not be refunded. Return shipping will not be the responsibility of the The Fey Dragon.
